How to connect Zoom
There are two ways to enable Zoom integration:
Option 1: Create account with Zoom
Create a Monosnap account using your Zoom account at monosnap.ai or in the Monosnap application.
Option 2: Connect existing account
- Open Monosnap
- Navigate to:
- macOS: Preferences → Account → Monosnap Storage Settings
- Windows: Settings → Accounts → Monosnap Storage Settings
- Click Connect Zoom
- Log in to your Zoom account when redirected
- Your Zoom account will appear in the settings after successful login
How it works
After connecting your Zoom account:
- Automatic folders: Monosnap automatically creates folders related to Zoom Meetings (marked with a Zoom icon)
- Auto-cleanup: If no files are uploaded during the meeting, the folder is automatically removed to prevent clutter
- Easy sharing: Share files with meeting participants or absent co-workers/clients
- Organized storage: All meeting-related files are kept in one place
