Overview
Monosnap supports two types of accounts:
- Single account
- Team account
Single account is an ordinary Monosnap account for single usage.
Team account is a group of accounts (members) under control of an admin. Team Account allows an admin to add members and manage access to their files. Each member has own storage that could be protected by admin.
Why would I use Team Account?
Using Team Account will help to simplify the administration process and keep your files in safe. Here are some essential benefits of Team Account:
👁 Clear administration process. Admin can easily add or remove members. For example, if one employee no longer needs a Monosnap account or leaves your company, admin no longer need to manage separated account and create new one. 🔐 Security settings. Access to member's files is under control. Admin could set up permission for viewing files for each member. Learn more...
➡️ Keep all files under control. On request, admin could ask to transfer all files of a member to his account. In this case, files won't be lost or move to another team or even company.
