This option allows frozen whole screen including all dynamic elements and videos. It’s helpful if you need to capture a pop-up element or video frame.
Let's see how it works!
⚠️ Capture frozen area is available via a hotkey only for Windows and macOS apps.
Complete these steps to set up the hotkey:
- Go to Monosnap's Preferences/Settings > Hotkeys
- Set up an appropriate hotkey for «Capture frozen area»
Monosnap for macOS: Preferences > Hotkeys: Capture frozen area
Monosnap for Windows: Settings > Hotkeys: Capture frozen area
⏰ Capture with timer
Сapture Area allows capturing selected screen area or separate window. Capture Area tool has also additional modes which give you a lot of flexibility depending on your needs.
To enable timer for 5 sec. hold special button and select area with Capture Area tool.
